We are pleased to offer you the position of Operations Manager at Alpha Sample Foods Private Limited, Plot 12, Sample Industrial Estate, Pune, Maharashtra 411001. The terms of your appointment are set out below.
You will be employed as Operations Manager, reporting to Director – Operations. Your work location will be Pune.
Your employment will commence on 4 May 2026. This offer is contingent on your joining on or before this date and on satisfactory background verification.
Your total annual cost to company (CTC) will be ₹6,00,000 per annum, payable monthly and subject to applicable statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS) as per law.
You will be on probation for 3 months, during which either party may terminate the employment with 15 days' notice. On confirmation, the notice period will be 30 days.
You shall perform your duties diligently, comply with company policies, and devote your full working time to the company. You shall maintain the confidentiality of all company information during and after employment.
