Accidental Death Benefit:

Permanent Total Disability (Accident):
- ₹75,000 is provided in case of permanent total disability caused by an accident.
Loss of Two Eyes or Two Limbs (Accident):
- ₹75,000 is payable in case of loss of two eyes or two limbs in an accident.
Loss of One Eye or One Limb (Accident):
- ₹37,500 is payable in case of loss of one eye or one limb in an accident.
Scholarship Benefit:
- ₹100 per month is given as a scholarship to children of the insured studying in 9th to 12th standards. The scholarship is available for a maximum of two children per family.

How to apply

The interested applicant should visit (during office hours) the Office of the Collector/Tahsildar/Talathi and request a hard copy of the prescribed format of the application form from the concerned authority.
