Registration – Step 1:
- To register as a beneficiary under the BOCW Welfare Board, an applicant worker should request Form-27 from the Assistant Labour Commissioners/Beneficiary Registering Officers and attach all mandatory documents (self-attested, if required).

- Upon successful verification, the construction worker is registered and an identity card and passbook are issued. ₹20/- registration fee and ₹30/- yearly subscription are taken and noted in the passbook with a receipt. After one year, the subscription is renewed on payment of ₹30/- and submission of Form-27A; if not renewed, the registration is cancelled after one year (a fresh renewal application may be submitted to the ALC).
