- Eligible entities:
- Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society (PACS); Farmer Groups; Farmer Producer Companies; Cooperative Institutions; Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and Sakhi Mandals.
- Eligible individuals with relevant agricultural education:
- Diploma in Agriculture; Graduate in Agriculture; Postgraduate in Agriculture; Bachelor of Rural Studies (B.R.S.).
