Eligibility
Anyone can apply for the scheme.
Documents required
- Forwarding letter of Controlling/nodal Office of the financing branch (advance subsidy claim application routed through the Controlling/nodal Office to NABARD, certifying that all check-list documents are enclosed; with complete address and telephone/fax numbers, and a copy endorsed to DMI RO/SO).
- Advance subsidy claim application as per format in Annexure-V.
- Copy of project report with item-wise details of costs, total outlay, loan and margin, with a copy of the technical and financial appraisal report from the FI.
- Copy of the approved plan/map and civil drawings clearly indicating the dimensions and capacity.
- Copy of the loan sanction letter of the FI along with copies of invoices for purchase of machinery/equipment (if any), and copy of the Term Loan Account Statement indicating all transactions including disbursement of the first instalment.
- Copy of land documents where the project is to be established.
- FI's certificate on category of the Promoter (for SC/ST entrepreneur and Cooperative, certification by the Competent Authority).
- Notarized Affidavit in Original executed by the promoter on non-judicial stamp paper as per Annexure XV.
- Copy of duly registered partnership deed (partnership firm), or Memorandum & Articles of Association and certificate of incorporation (Private Limited Company), etc.
How to apply

Promoter applies for a Term Loan (TL) to a Financial Institution (FI).

Term loan is sanctioned by the FI.

The FI applies for Advance Subsidy within 90 days of disbursal of the first instalment of TL through the ENSURE portal of NABARD.

NABARD sanctions and releases the Advance Subsidy to the FI.

After completion of the project, the FI submits the final subsidy claim to NABARD and requests for Joint Monitoring Inspection (JMI).

NABARD initiates action for conduct of JMI, and the geo-tagged photograph taken during JMI is uploaded to the ENSURE portal.

NABARD sanctions and releases the final subsidy to the FI.
