Eligibility
- Institutional/Team Level comprising either students/faculty/both from an AICTE approved technical institution/Deemed to be University.
- Had undertaken remarkable intervention in the various sub-themes and made an impact in the society.
- The team has to showcase their work undertaken in the last two years from the date of announcement of the award for the cause of women empowerment.
- Note: The maximum team size will be 5 members having a minimum of 2 (two) women members.
Documents required
- Geotagged photograph of the location where the program/intervention/activity has been executed (combine multiples into one PDF; Format: pdf, Max Size: 5 MB).
- Proof such as Appreciation Letter issued by the Government/Institution/Any Organization etc. (combine into a single PDF, upload maximum 5; Format: pdf, Max Size: 5 MB).
- Photographs related to interventions/programs/activities (with geotagging/screenshots of photo properties, 20 maximum; Format: pdf, Max Size: 5 MB).
- Media clippings/coverage related to interventions/programs/activities (Print and Electronic Media, with screen grabs; Format: pdf, Max Size: 5 MB).
- High-resolution video related to interventions/programs/activities (not more than 4-5 minutes; Format: Video, Max Size: 150 MB).
- Declaration for nomination of application (download and print Annexure-I, then re-upload with seal and stamp).
How to apply

Register:
- Visit https://lilavati.aicte-india.org/signup, insert your Permanent Institute ID (PID) via 'Get Details', enter your Email ID and set a password, and click 'Sign Up'. Activate your account via the email received.

Login & Institute Details:
- Log in at https://lilavati.aicte-india.org/login, fill 'Institute Details' and 'HOI Details', view 'Faculty' details, complete 'Application Form 1', check the declaration box, and submit Part 2.

Application Form II:
- Under 'Application Form II', click 'Create New Application', select Theme and Category, and submit. Add Faculty Details (copy/paste Faculty ID) and Student Details.

Add Activities:
- Use 'Create New Activity' to enter details of activities performed by the team (max 5 activities per theme), fill the required details, upload files, and click 'Save as Draft'.

Preview & Submit:
- Click 'Preview and Submit', then submit the application. Use 'Create New Application' to submit for another theme (max 5 applications per institute for different themes are allowed).
