Disbursement of the Fund:
- The full amount of the grant sanctioned shall be released after successful conduct of the program to the Indian Micro Enterprises Development Foundation (IMEDF). The amount spent by the institute on the conduct of STTP-SFURTI shall be adjusted on the basis of the utilization certificate and detailed expenditure statement submitted by the IMEDF in the prescribed format along with other mandatory documents viz. feedback form, copy of proceedings and completion report etc.

How to apply

Register (New Institute):
- Visit http://portal.aicte-india.org/partnerportal_enu/start.swe and click 'New Institute'. Hover on Login and select 'Investor Login'; new users click 'Sign Up Now' to register, enter details, and click 'Verify' to receive an OTP on your email and mobile number.

Login:
- After successful verification, log in with the credentials provided by AICTE.

AQIS Application:
- Navigate to the AQIS Application screen; institute details auto-populate. Fill in demographic and bank details, and only after confirming bank details, the 'New' button is enabled to add the AQIS Application.

Select Scheme:
- A unique AQIS Application ID is created. Select 'SHORT TERM TRAINING PROGRAMME-SFURTI SCHEME' as the Scheme from the dropdown list.

Fill Details:
- Fill in Programme Details, Personalities Expected, Participating Industries, Similar Events, Budget Estimate-Others, Academic Credentials of Coordinator/PI/Applicant, Justification, and Credentials of Institute/Department.

Validate & Submit:
- Click 'Validate Application'; attach the Mandate Form after downloading the sample; fill the amount in 'Total Funds Requested' under 'Budget Estimates Others'. After successful validation, read the declaration, check it, click Save, and click 'Submit' to submit the application.
