Benefits
Total Expenditure:
- The maximum total expenditure for conduct of one training program will be ₹3,000,00/- only, to be equally shared by AICTE and the university.
AICTE:
- Will release a grant of ₹1,50,000/- to the Technical university to meet the expenditure or the actual expenditure, whichever is less, on (i) TA/DA/Honorarium to Resource Persons (Honorarium not to exceed 20% of the total expenditure), (ii) TA to outstation participants and (iii) Course material to participants.
Technical university:
- Will meet from its own funds the expenditure to the extent of ₹1,50,000/- or the actual expenditure, whichever is less, to cover (i) Boarding & lodging of participants, (ii) Honorarium to Program Coordinator (not to exceed 1% of the total expenditure) and (iii) Working expenses (tea/coffee/stationary/certificate/printing etc.).

- AICTE approved institutions affiliated with the partner university are eligible to participate.
Documents required
After conduct of each of the training programs, the following documents shall be submitted by the Technical University to AICTE:
- Detailed schedule of training program.
- List of resource persons invited with full address, contact details, topics etc.
- List of participants attended the training program.
- Copy of question paper and mark sheet for the test conducted at the end of program.
- Minimum five photographs and a video CD of selected sessions.

Register (New Institute):
- Visit http://portal.aicte-india.org/partnerportal_enu/start.swe and click 'New Institute'. Hover on Login, select 'Investor Login', click 'Sign Up Now' to register, enter details, and click 'Verify' to receive an OTP on your email and mobile number.

Login:
- After successful verification, log in with the credentials provided by AICTE.

AQIS Application:
- Navigate to the AQIS Application screen; institute details auto-populate. Fill in demographic and bank details; only after confirming bank details is the 'New' button enabled to create the AQIS Application.

Select Scheme:
- A unique AQIS Application ID is created. Select "AICTE- TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY JOINT TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR TEACHERS" as the Scheme from the dropdown list.

Fill Details:
- Fill Program Details, Personalities Expected, Participating Industries, Similar Events, Budget Estimate-Others, Academic Credentials of Coordinator/PI/Applicant, Justification, and Credentials of Institute/Department.

Validate & Submit:
- Click 'Validate Application', attach the Mandate Form (after downloading the sample), fill the amount in 'Total Funds Requested' under 'Budget Estimates Others', read and check the declaration, click Save, and click 'Submit'.
