- Original Statement of actual expenditure & Utilization Certificate in the prescribed proforma, duly signed by the Head of the institution and countersigned by Registrar/Finance Officer/Govt. Auditor, along with bills/vouchers/invoices (for self-financing/private institutions, audited and signed/sealed by a Chartered Accountant with membership number and postal address).
- Feedback forms duly signed by the participants indicating their contact details.
- Copy of the proceedings and completion report.
- Rail tickets/boarding passes.
- Other documents as required.

Register (New Institute):
- Visit http://portal.aicte-india.org/partnerportal_enu/start.swe and click 'New Institute'. Hover on Login, select 'Investor Login', click 'Sign Up Now', enter details, and click 'Verify' to receive an OTP.

Login & AQIS Application:
- Log in with AICTE credentials, navigate to the AQIS Application screen (details auto-populate), fill demographic and bank details, and after confirming bank details create the AQIS Application.

Select Scheme:
- Select "TRAINING PROGRAMS FOR PHYSICAL EDUCATION TRAINERS/SPORT-GAMES TEACHERS/DIRECTOR OF SPORTS" from the dropdown list.

Fill Details:
- Fill Program Details, Personalities Expected, Participating Industries, Similar Events, Budget Estimate-Others, Academic Credentials of Coordinator/PI/Applicant, Justification, and Credentials of Institute/Department.
