Benefits
The following subsidy is given to the beneficiary farmers on the production of medicinal and aromatic crops:
1. Amla — ₹65,000/- per hectare, 20% grant eligibility, ₹13,000/- grant amount.
2. Ashvagandha — ₹25,000/- per hectare, ₹5,000/- grant amount.
3. Bell (Bael) — ₹40,000/- per hectare, 50% grant eligibility, ₹20,000/- grant amount.
4. Koliyas — ₹43,000/- per hectare, ₹8,600/- grant amount.
5. Gudamaar, 6. Kaalamegh — selected crops.
7. Saphed moosalee (Safed Musli) — ₹3,12,500/- per hectare, ₹62,500/- grant amount.
8. Sarpagandha — ₹31,250/- per hectare.
9. Sataavar (Satavar) — ₹12,500/- per hectare.
10. Tulasi (Tulsi) — ₹30,000/- per hectare, ₹6,000/- grant amount.
Eligibility
- This scheme will be applicable for all sections.
- Farmers who have obtained forest rights certificates will also be eligible to avail the benefits.
- The grant will be payable only once to a farmer.
- A farmer can do farming for the first time in as much area as he wants, but the grant will be payable for minimum 0.25 hectare and maximum 2.00 hectare.
